Ingredients:
500g okras
Seasonings:
1 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of sea salt
Steps:
- Remove stalks from okras and rinse; pad-dry with kitchen towel; slit into halves
- Toss okras with olive oil, cumin, and salt in a baking tray
- Preheat oven at 180°C; roast okras for about 15 minutes until golden brown
- Sprinkle with a little olive oil and serve
Tips:
Do not overcook okras
